Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
