Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Nashville with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
