Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
