Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Mill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
