Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
