Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
