Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Financial serves customers across Pittsburgh with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
