Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
