Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services works with county and city offices around Boston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
