Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
