Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
