Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Kansas City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
