Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
