Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Savannah, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
