Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Diego and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
