Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
