Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak West Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
