Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Minneapolis with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
