Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in St. Louis with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
