Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Stone Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
