Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Stonegate Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Birmingham, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
