Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Drift Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 843 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
