Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Linden Civic Services Group supports public agencies in New Orleans with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
