Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
