Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fern Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
