Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Grand Rapids producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
