Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
