Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meridian Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
