Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Wren Energy is an energy provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
