Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
