Silverline Bright Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
