Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
