Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 500 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
