Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
