Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Cross Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Hartford working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
