Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Dallas focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
