Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
