Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
