Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
