Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
