Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Yarrow Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
