Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
