Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
