Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Thistle Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
