Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Summit Insurance Group is an insurance company in Spokane with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
