Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Water Authority Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
