Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
