Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Holdings plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
