Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
