Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 828 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
